Rob works with clients to help them set a strategy that will help them get where they want to go. Rob then works closely with clients to coach and advise them on ways to ensure the strategy gets “done”.
Some of the key areas Rob works with clients on includes helping owners get their business to the next level of performance, succession planning, turning around underperforming businesses and helping owners reclaim some work life balance. Often initial client engagements turn into long term working relationships where Rob becomes a business owner’s trusted adviser and helps share some of the load of being in the business leadership position.
Rob is focused on doing meaningful work with people who value developing meaningful working relationships.
Rob grew up in Tasmania and then spent 16 years living and working in Melbourne, Sydney and London. Rob moved back to Tasmania in 2014 to raise his young family and make the most of family relationships and the great Tassie lifestyle.
Rob started his career as an engineer and project manager. He then gradually transitioned into various business management and general management roles in large public listed organisations where he was often responsible for developing and implementing business unit strategy. On moving back to Tasmania Rob set out to get involved with smaller businesses and loves working closely with small business owners to get the most out of their business and have a good time while doing it.
