Your Focus

Your focus is to support the Advisers, Associate Adviser and Senior Associate Advisers in providing remarkable service and outcomes for our clients.  This is achieved through assisting clients directly with enabling production and understanding of our deliverables so that they feel confident they are on track and timely production and delivery of work.

 

Your Accountabilities

  • Support and deliver remarkable financial planning services and advice in collaboration with Advisers, Associate Advisers and Client Services Coordinators.
  • For the first 3-6 months, you will work closely with the financial planning Client Service Coordinators (CSCs) to gain an understanding of the processes, procedures and systems behind the implementation and maintenance of advice provided to clients.
  • These functions may include, but are not limited to, implementation of advice recommendations including insurance, withdrawals, switches and structures.
  • You understand and adhere to the Collins SBA client service standards.
  • Assist with the production and timely delivery of remarkable financial planning services within your team.
  • Develop your knowledge and the application of technical, regulatory and professional standards within business process.
  • Constructively critique existing business processes and innovation to achieve greater efficiency and ultimately more effective outcomes for clients.
  • Assisting team members with their production tasks so that your team will meet and exceed KPI’s.
  • As your knowledge and competence increases, the level of client contact will increase.
  • Ensuring your team is on track to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Consistently modelling business values, leading by example, and actively contributing to a workplace culture that is positive, productive, respectful and inclusive.
  • Develop proficiency with the software used by the financial planning division, including buildings skills around financial modelling.
  • Actively championing a ‘safety first’ workplace culture and ensuring that reasonable measures are taken to help ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself, team members and visitors.
